Mr. Ram commenced his career as a trekking guide in 1998. He literally pictured Nepal to be a Cinderella; the divine beauty unexplored! This passionate quest to unfold the concealed wonders of Nepal inspired Mr. Adhikari every single day and his indefatigable effort to realize the dreams continues till today in the form of his precious project, Marron Treks Pvt. Ltd. Being almost a travel bug himself, Mr. Ram has flown to different nooks and corners of the globe, observing the life patterns of the people there. This is perhaps one of the reasons why he is so good at tailoring the services with respect to the preferences of the international clients, who speak for him in praises and appreciations!
Charming, adorable, amiable, bouncy, honest and professional; if there is anyone who befits all these epithets perfectly, it has to be Mr. Ram!

 

Mr. Laxmi  Narayan  Manandhar, Sales & Tour Operation Director
Beginning in 1980 AD, Mr. Manandhar worked as a tourist guide, interpreter, and escort for almost 35 years since 1980 AD. He has experience managing all aspects of tour operations, including logistics, vendor management, itinerary planning, sales, and quality control. He is competent in creating and carrying out strategic plans that support business goals. He is adept at fostering relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers. He is fluent in Hindi, Nepali, English, French, and Japanese.  Among his hobbies include jogging, traveling, and listening to music. Mr. Manandhar is a crucial part of the Marron Treks due of his remarkable skill set and expertise.

Binayak Kumar Waiba, Manager
Mr. Waiba is responsible for managerial tasks, product development, correspondence at Marron Treks. With extensive experience in the tourism sector, he has worked in various departments, including correspondence, operation, and guest relations, in different adventure travel companies in Nepal. Mr. Waiba’s passion for traveling fuels his constant exploration of new routes and trails, whether in the Himalayas or other destinations such as Bhutan and Tibet. Thanks to his contributions, Marron Treks has seen significant growth, and he is grateful to the company for providing him with the opportunity to enhance his skills.

 

Bishnu Gole, Operation Manager
Ms. Gole steers the managerial helm of Marron Treks. Besides supervising the day to day operations, she also takes care of multifaceted tasks like, responding to clients’ inquiries, customizing trip itineraries, updating the website data base etc. Ms. Gole radiates an amicable aura and gets along with people very well. She is calm, composed and confident which make her an ideal persona to lead the pack. Her unwavering determination and focus towards her job are exemplary for the entire team members.
Besides, English and Nepali, Ms. Gole exhibits commendable fluency in Japanese language. Marron Treks is lucky to have her as a Manager and it is expected that she would definitely catalyze the growth of this organization.

Hailing from the Solukhumbu region, right under the canopy of the mighty Everest, Pema has grown up hand and glove with the mountains. His ventures mostly comprise of the Himalayan regions of Nepal. Pem Dorje Tamang, Trekking Guide
Pem Dorje Tamang is a man full of energy and ambition, and from Solukhumbu, Everest. He has been guiding treks in the Himalayas since 2011 as a Trekking Guide and has since developed into a knowledgeable and skilled mountain hiking guide. He has completed several treks in Nepal's most popular trekking regions. In addition to trekking, Mr. Tamang enjoys striking up conversations with strangers. He would enjoy spending his leisure time with new individuals whenever possible. His employment brings him much joy.

 

 

 

Ngawang Sherpa, Peak Climbing Guide
Born in Nepal’s mountain hemmed region of Solukhumbu, Ngawang has mastered all the altitudinal dexteritiesNawang Sherpa is Marron Treks’ peak climbing guide. that most of the Sherpas are usually blessed with. Not a surprise why this lion hearted Sherpa fell in love with the magic and mystery of the mountains and eventually decided to pursue the daunting task of conquering the majestic heights of the treacherous peaks as his passionate career.
He commenced his profession as a climbing guide in 2003 and since then, there has been no turning back. It is a subject of great pride to state that Ngawang has successfully ascended all the peaks registered at the Nepal Mountaineering Association. He scales the challenging heights with ridiculous ease which boosts up the confidence of the ones ascending with him. Ngawang has undertaken all the relevant trainings pertaining to the climbing skills and safety/precautionary measures.

 

Bikram Shrestha, Wildlife Expert
Marron Treks is more than privileged to disseminate the wildlife expertise of Mr. Shrestha among its enthusiastic clients. After accomplishing his Master’s degree in Science in 2004, Mr. Shrestha decided to steer his career towards the wildlife research. Since then, he has been actively involved on the research of a legendary feline of the mountain region, the Snow Leopard.
